Responsibilities
- Develop the 2026 Strategic Roadmap: Define a comprehensive vision and execution plan to ensure sustainable growth and market dominance by 2026.
- Drive Innovation & Technology: Identify and integrate cutting-edge technologies (AI, Cloud, IoT) to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
- Organizational Transformation: Lead change management initiatives to foster a culture of agility, resilience, and continuous improvement.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct deep-dive analysis of industry trends to anticipate shifts and adjust strategies proactively.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product, engineering, and sales teams to align on long-term goals and deliver measurable results.
- KPI Management: Establish key performance indicators to track progress toward the 2026 vision and report on quarterly milestones.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, business development, or executive leadership roles within a tech-forward organization.
- Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale digital transformations and future-state planning.
- Masterβs degree in Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent experience.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies and their application in a business context.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex strategies to diverse stakeholders.
- Experience in the United States market is highly preferred.
