Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy aligned with market evolution and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional initiatives in AI ethics, quantum adoption, and climate-resilient infrastructure
- Produce annual horizon-scanning reports identifying paradigm shifts in automation, biotech, and decentralized systems
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation hubs to pioneer breakthrough solutions
- Design governance frameworks for emerging technologies ensuring ethical compliance and societal benefit
- Present futuristic roadmaps to stakeholders with quantifiable impact projections
- Mentor next-generation futurists through our Future Leaders incubator program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, R&D leadership, or technology foresight roles
- Proven track record in developing multi-year innovation roadmaps with measurable outcomes
- Expertise in at least two emerging domains: AI governance, quantum computing, or climate tech
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFTR) or strategic foresight methodologies
- Published thought leadership in technology evolution or disruptive innovation
- Experience scaling global innovation initiatives across diverse markets
- Deep understanding of regulatory landscapes for frontier technologies
