Responsibilities
- Lead multi-year strategic foresight initiatives identifying key technological, societal, and economic trends through 2030
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive '2026 Vision Matrix' mapping convergence points across AI, biotech, and quantum computing
- Produce high-impact scenario-planning reports for executive decision-making and investor relations
- Establish and manage a global network of futurist thought leaders and academic partners
- Translate complex future projections into actionable product roadmaps and innovation pipelines
- Present visionary frameworks to boards, investors, and government stakeholders
- Champion ethical innovation frameworks for emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing long-term technology roadmaps
- Expertise in trend analysis across AI, biotechnology, climate tech, and digital transformation
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published research or thought leadership in futurism or strategic innovation
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies and horizon scanning tools
- Deep understanding of ethical implications of emerging technologies
