- Collaborate with C-suite executives to embed future-focused insights into product development and business strategy
- Design and facilitate scenario-planning workshops for cross-functional teams
- Build and maintain a global network of thought leaders in innovation and foresight
- Author high-impact whitepapers and executive briefings on future market dynamics
- Drive cultural transformation to embed innovation and anticipatory leadership across all departments
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Expertise in emerging technologies and their societal implications
- Proven track record of translating foresight into executable business strategies
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presentation experience
- Proficiency in scenario planning methodologies and trend analysis frameworks
- Deep understanding of geopolitical, economic, and technological megatrends
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) strongly preferred
