Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using quantitative and qualitative research methodologies
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify and prioritize emerging technologies and market shifts
- Create actionable innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term organizational objectives
- Build and maintain relationships with leading futurists, academic institutions, and industry pioneers
- Deliver executive-level presentations translating complex future scenarios into strategic opportunities
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and competitive landscapes through advanced analytics
- Champion future-proofing initiatives across product development and business operations
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology forecasting
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or related field preferred
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive modeling
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to communicate complex future scenarios to diverse audiences
- Experience with emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal impacts
- Portfolio demonstrating successful strategic foresight projects delivered through 2025+
