Responsibilities

- Produce high-impact trend reports and scenario planning documents for executive stakeholders
- Identify disruptive technologies and market opportunities across emerging sectors
- Develop innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term organizational vision
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Represent company at global futurism conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- Minimum 7 years experience in strategic planning or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of translating foresight into business strategy
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional scenario planning and trend analysis capabilities
- Strong presentation skills for executive and board-level audiences
- Certification in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., CFAP preferred)
