Responsibilities
- Define and articulate the comprehensive technical vision for the year 2026 and subsequent milestones, aligning technology strategy with business goals.
- Lead the research and development of emerging technologies, including AI, Quantum Computing, and advanced neural networks.
- Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance systems capable of handling future loads and complexities.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between R&D, product management, and executive leadership to translate complex concepts into actionable roadmaps.
- Identify potential risks and opportunities in the technological landscape, proposing mitigation strategies and innovation pilots.
- Mentor senior technical staff and foster a culture of continuous learning and adaptability.
- Oversee the lifecycle of proof-of-concept projects, ensuring they demonstrate tangible value before full-scale implementation.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, systems engineering, or strategic technology roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex, large-scale systems in fast-paced environments.
- Deep expertise in cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP), microservices, and containerization technologies.
- Strong understanding of artificial intelligence, machine learning pipelines, and their integration into enterprise systems.
- Exceptional strategic thinking and the ability to anticipate industry trends years in advance.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of translating technical jargon into business value for stakeholders at all levels.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; Master’s degree preferred.
