Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, R&D, or technology leadership roles

- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Exceptional communication and executive presentation skills
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., PDMA, INSEAD)
