Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 strategic frameworks using trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state visions and implementation pathways
- Produce forward-looking reports and whitepapers on disruptive technologies and societal shifts
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions and validate market readiness
- Establish KPIs and metrics to track progress toward 2026 strategic milestones
- Represent the company at global futurism conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism with proven 5-year+ track record
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, biotech, AGI) and their societal implications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field preferred
- Proficient in foresight methodologies (Delphi, STEEP analysis, causal layered analysis)
- Exceptional storytelling ability to communicate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategy journals
- Experience scaling strategic initiatives in high-growth tech environments
