As a key architect of our 2026 vision, you'll lead cross-functional teams to develop scalable solutions that address climate resilience, resource optimization, and net-zero transitions. You'll collaborate with Fortune 500 partners, academic institutions, and government agencies to launch groundbreaking initiatives that set new global standards for sustainable innovation.
Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 sustainability innovation roadmap, integrating AI-driven resource optimization and circular economy frameworks
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, scientists, and strategists to develop scalable climate solutions
- Forge strategic partnerships with Fortune 500 clients and research institutions for pilot implementations
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies (quantum computing, bio-materials, smart grids) in sustainability applications
- Develop KPI frameworks to measure environmental impact and ROI of innovation initiatives
- Present breakthrough strategies to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Champion organizational culture shift toward sustainability-first operations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Sustainability Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field; PhD preferred
- 10+ years experience in sustainability leadership with Fortune 500 or high-growth climate tech
- Proven track record scaling circular economy initiatives with measurable environmental impact
- Expertise in emerging climate technologies (carbon capture, smart grids, sustainable materials)
- Strong business acumen with ability to translate technical solutions into commercial value
- Experience developing sustainability roadmaps aligned with 2030/2050 climate goals
- Certifications in LEED, BREEAM, or similar sustainability frameworks
- Exceptional communication skills for stakeholder engagement across technical and executive levels
