Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ sustainability roadmaps aligned with UN SDGs and net-zero targets
- Lead cross-functional teams to implement circular economy principles and decarbonization strategies
- Advocate for policy changes and industry standards through stakeholder engagement and thought leadership
- Analyze emerging climate tech (AI for sustainability, carbon capture) and integrate into business models
- Oversee ESG reporting frameworks and ensure compliance with evolving regulations
- Drive innovation in sustainable supply chains and product lifecycle management
- Measure and communicate impact through KPIs and transparent sustainability dashboards
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in sustainability leadership with demonstrated impact at Fortune 500 level
- Expertise in ESG frameworks (GRI, SASB, TCFD) and carbon accounting standards
- Proven track record in developing 5+ year sustainability roadmaps with measurable outcomes
- Deep knowledge of climate policy, circular economy principles, and emerging green technologies
- Exceptional data analysis skills with proficiency in sustainability software (SAP, IBM TRIRIGA)
- Certifications in sustainability (e.g., GRI, LEED) or climate strategy (e.g., CDP) required
