Responsibilities
- Architect and implement 2026 technology roadmaps for quantum-resistant systems
- Lead R&D initiatives in neuromorphic computing and AI ethics frameworks
- Develop strategic partnerships with quantum computing hardware providers
- Design scalable infrastructure for decentralized autonomous organizations (DAOs)
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies with 3-5 year adoption potential
- Present future-tech briefings to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage innovation budgets exceeding $5M for experimental projects
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with proven 2025+ roadmap execution
- Expertise in quantum computing architectures and post-quantum cryptography
- Published research in IEEE or ACM journals on future tech topics
- Experience leading cross-continental remote innovation teams
- Certification in Technology Foresight (TF) or equivalent strategic foresight methodology
- Proficiency in simulating complex systems using Python/MATLAB
- Track record of commercializing emerging technologies (min. 3 exits)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Physics with focus on future technologies
