- Architect and execute 5-year innovation roadmaps for quantum-AI convergence systems
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams in prototyping next-gen sustainability tech solutions
- Secure $5M+ annual R&D funding through strategic federal and private partnerships
- Drive patent development for at least 3 breakthrough technologies annually
- Establish industry benchmarks for ethical AI deployment in critical infrastructure
- Mentor PhD fellows in emerging tech commercialization strategies
- Present at global forums like Web Summit and CES Future Tech stage
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI Ethics, or Sustainable Systems Engineering
- 10+ years in tech R&D with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (min. 2 unicorn-scale projects)
- Deep expertise in regulatory frameworks for AI/quantum deployment (NIST, IEEE)
- Published research in Nature/Science with >500 citations
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages (Qiskit)
- Security clearance eligibility for federal collaborative projects
