Key Objectives:
- Lead the design and deployment of proprietary Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Optimize model inference for low-latency, high-volume environments.
- Bridge the gap between theoretical AI research and practical product application.
- Establish ethical guidelines and safety protocols for autonomous systems.
Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Systems: Design and implement scalable machine learning pipelines capable of handling petabyte-scale data processing.
- Model Optimization: Continuously refine existing models to improve accuracy, reduce hallucination rates, and enhance computational efficiency.
- Research Leadership: Conduct deep-dive research into emerging AI methodologies, including reinforcement learning and multimodal learning.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and engineering teams to translate technical requirements into robust architectural blueprints.
- Ethical AI Compliance: Ensure all deployed models adhere to strict ethical standards, bias mitigation protocols, and data privacy regulations.
- Prototype Development: Rapidly prototype and validate new AI concepts to de-risk product development cycles.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering or machine learning, with at least 2 years in a senior architect or lead role.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and JAX. Familiarity with distributed computing frameworks (Apache Spark, Kubernetes).
- Specialized Knowledge: Proven track record of working with Generative AI, Large Language Models (GPT-4, Llama 3), or Computer Vision.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to troubleshoot complex system architectures and optimize performance under constraints.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written skills; capable of presenting complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
