Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology roadmap, integrating AI, quantum computing, and sustainable innovations
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing prototype technologies with 3-year market deployment cycles
- Conduct horizon scanning of emerging tech trends (neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Present technology roadmaps and investment recommendations to C-suite executives
- Mentor a team of 8+ technology strategists and innovation architects
- Ensure ethical compliance and sustainability principles in all technological deployments
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership with 5+ years in future-tech planning
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Innovation Management (PhD preferred)
- Proven track record of launching technologies with 5+ year market impact
- Deep expertise in AI governance, quantum computing, and climate tech integration
- Exceptional strategic planning and stakeholder management skills
- Published research in IEEE, Nature, or equivalent tier-1 journals
- Experience with federal technology policy and international tech standards bodies
