Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech integration
- Lead scenario-planning workshops to anticipate technological disruptions and market shifts
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align innovation strategies with business objectives
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and global tech consortiums
- Produce foresight reports on emerging technologies and their societal implications
- Mentor cross-functional teams in agile adoption of future-facing technologies
- Represent the company at global tech summits and policy forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in developing 5-10 year technology foresight frameworks
- Deep expertise in AI, quantum computing, or biotech convergence
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFAP) or equivalent
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data trends
- Experience presenting to C-suite and government technology boards
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed tech journals
