Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, bio-integrated AI, AR/VR ecosystems) to identify market opportunities for 2026
- Develop 5-year strategic technology roadmaps aligned with global sustainability goals
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate futuristic concepts into actionable product features
- Secure partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators for R&D initiatives
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to C-suite executives and investors
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting future tech adoption
- Author thought leadership publications on technological disruption trends
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or futurist consulting
- Expertise in quantum computing, AI ethics, or emerging hardware ecosystems
- Proven track record of forecasting tech trends with documented impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Experience with scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies
- Strong network within Silicon Valley innovation ecosystems
- Published author or speaker at global tech conferences
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and trend analysis platforms
