Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic roadmaps for 2026+ innovation initiatives across emerging tech domains
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling breakthrough solutions
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Analyze global tech trends and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities
- Present visionary concepts to C-suite executives and investors
- Mentor junior innovators through our Future Leaders program
- Drive sustainable impact through ESG-aligned innovation frameworks
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic innovation, product development, or emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products or services
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, Quantum, Biotech, etc.)
- Executive presence with ability to inspire stakeholders
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MBA, MS, PhD preferred)
- Published thought leadership in industry journals or conferences
- Experience building and scaling innovation labs or R&D divisions
