Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmap Development: Define and maintain the comprehensive product vision for 2026, aligning technical capabilities with long-term business goals.
- Market Analysis: Conduct deep-dive research into emerging trends, competitor strategies, and technological advancements to identify opportunities.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex strategies to diverse stakeholders, including investors, technical teams, and non-technical business units.
- Product Lifecycle Oversight: Oversee the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring quality, scalability, and timely delivery.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and lead cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of innovation, agility, and excellence.
- Performance Metrics: Establish KPIs and success metrics to track progress and drive continuous improvement across all product initiatives.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in product management, strategic planning, or technology consulting.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of defining long-term product strategies and executing them successfully.
- Technical Fluency: Deep understanding of emerging technologies, including Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Cloud Architecture.
- Leadership Skills: Strong ability to lead, influence, and motivate diverse teams to achieve common objectives.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable insights.
