Responsibilities
- Architect and oversee the development of the '2026' neural network backbone, ensuring high performance and ethical AI compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data Science, Engineering, Product) to define technical roadmaps for upcoming releases.
- Mentor senior engineers and guide the research direction of junior developers.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks associated with futuristic technology stacks.
- Drive innovation in Generative AI and Large Language Model (LLM) applications.
- Present technical strategies and architectural designs to executive stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in software engineering and machine learning architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed systems.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale AI projects from conception to deployment.
- Strong understanding of ethical AI principles and safety protocols.
