Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients across AI, biotech, and quantum computing
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify emerging market disruptions
- Produce annual Horizon Reports with actionable 3-year strategic forecasts
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Present visionary strategies at global forums like Davos and CES
- Mentor junior futurists through our Future Leaders Program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Proven track record of disrupting industries through future-focused initiatives
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Published thought leadership in Harvard Business Review or MIT Technology Review
- Proficiency in futures modeling tools (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Portfolio demonstrating 2020-2025 accuracy predictions
