Responsibilities
- Design ethical governance frameworks for autonomous AI systems deployed in critical infrastructure
- Develop preemptive policy blueprints for quantum-AI convergence scenarios
- Lead stakeholder workshops with industry leaders and government bodies
- Conduct scenario planning for bio-digital interface ethical challenges
- Establish audit protocols for neural network decision transparency
- Coordinate international standards for sentient AI development protocols
- Pioneer predictive ethics models for emergent AI behaviors
Qualifications
- PhD in Philosophy, Ethics, or Cognitive Science with 5+ years in AI policy
- Expertise in ISO/IEC 42001 and IEEE 7000 standards
- Published research on AI alignment and value alignment problems
- Experience with multistakeholder governance frameworks (e.g., WEF, OECD)
- Deep understanding of neuroethics and consciousness studies
- Proficiency in ethical risk assessment methodologies
- Track record influencing national/international tech policy
- Background in complex systems modeling and game theory
