Responsibilities

- Represent the organization in global AI ethics policy discussions and regulatory consultations
- Establish transparent AI auditing processes and bias mitigation protocols
- Drive stakeholder engagement on responsible AI adoption across industry consortiums
- Lead crisis response for AI ethics incidents and establish ethical escalation protocols
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven expertise in AI governance frameworks (e.g., EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Deep understanding of machine learning bias mitigation and fairness metrics
- Executive experience in tech companies with $500M+ annual revenue
- Published research in AI ethics or responsible technology adoption
- Certification in AI ethics governance (e.g., EDSA, IEEE Ethics Certification)
- Experience testifying before legislative bodies on AI policy matters
- Fluency in multiple languages preferred for global stakeholder engagement
