- Proven track record of scaling ethical AI programs in tech environments
- Deep understanding of algorithmic bias mitigation techniques
- Experience testifying before regulatory bodies or congressional committees
- Certification in AI Governance (e.g., CAG, CAIGI) preferred
- Published research on AI ethics or responsible innovation
