Responsibilities

- Develop industry-leading AI transparency standards and explainability protocols
- Conduct scenario analysis on long-term AI societal impacts and regulatory compliance
- Author white papers and technical documentation for AI governance boards
- Partner with academic institutions to establish ethical AI research benchmarks
- Advocate for responsible AI principles in industry forums and policy discussions
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Ethics, Philosophy, or related field with 5+ years research experience
- Expertise in algorithmic fairness, bias detection, and interpretability techniques
- Published work in AI ethics, responsible AI, or machine learning governance
- Proficiency with Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and statistical analysis tools
- Deep understanding of global AI regulatory landscapes (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks)
- Experience with participatory design methodologies for stakeholder engagement
- Exceptional ability to translate complex ethical concepts into actionable technical guidelines
