Responsibilities

- Partner with product teams to embed ethical safeguards in autonomous systems
- Author position papers on AI governance for global policy forums
- Mentor junior researchers in responsible AI methodologies

Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Ethics, Philosophy, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years researching AI ethics, algorithmic bias, or machine learning governance
- Published work in top-tier AI ethics or philosophy journals/conferences
- Expertise in value alignment, reinforcement learning, and neural interpretability
