- Conduct bias audits and fairness assessments for machine learning models using statistical analysis tools
- Develop transparency protocols for AI decision-making processes and explainability systems
- Collaborate with product teams to embed ethical considerations into AI development lifecycles
- Create stakeholder education materials on AI ethics principles and responsible deployment practices
- Monitor emerging regulatory landscapes and update organizational policies proactively
- Lead cross-functional ethics review boards for high-impact AI deployments
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, Law, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in AI governance, responsible AI, or ethics compliance roles
- Expertise in bias mitigation techniques for machine learning systems
- Deep understanding of global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, etc.)
- Proficiency in Python for bias auditing and fairness analysis
- Experience developing ethical AI frameworks for large-scale deployments
- Exceptional communication skills for translating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Published work in AI ethics or related fields strongly preferred
