Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy high-quality, scalable web applications using React and Node.js.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (designers, product managers, backend engineers) to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code, following industry best practices and coding standards.
- Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning).
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance within the remote team.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Expert proficiency in React, Redux, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
- Strong experience with Node.js, Express, or similar backend technologies.
- Familiarity with database systems such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or MySQL.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for a remote-first work environment.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
