Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI ethics, responsible tech, or algorithmic governance roles
- Deep expertise in bias detection methodologies and fairness metrics
- Experience implementing ethical AI frameworks in production environments
- Strong understanding of global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks)
- Exceptional communication skills translating technical ethics to business impact
- Published research or thought leadership in AI ethics or responsible innovation
- Proficiency in Python for bias analysis tool development
