What You Will Do:
Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmap Planning: Define and execute the technical roadmap for systems designed to support our 2026 strategic vision, ensuring scalability and interoperability.
- AI Integration: Design and oversee the integration of advanced Machine Learning models into core infrastructure, moving towards autonomous system operations.
- System Architecture: Create robust, fault-tolerant architecture patterns that can handle high-volume data streams and complex computational loads.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Guide a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Future-Proofing: Continuously research emerging technologies (e.g., quantum computing interfaces, next-gen neural networks) to ensure our systems remain ahead of the curve.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in Software Engineering and System Architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust; strong proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Kubernetes, Docker).
- AI & ML: Proven experience designing systems that leverage AI/ML, including experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) or predictive analytics.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems and make strategic technical decisions with long-term implications.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts for stakeholders at all levels.
