Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable machine learning models using Python and modern frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Conduct research to implement state-of-the-art algorithms for our 2026 product roadmap.
- Optimize data pipelines for high-throughput processing and low-latency inference.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high technical standards.
- Experiment with LLMs and large-scale transformer architectures to enhance product capabilities.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering or applied research.
- Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and C++.
- Deep understanding of deep learning frameworks and distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, AWS, GCP).
- Experience with MLOps tools such as MLflow, Docker, and Airflow.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
