Responsibilities

- System Optimization: Oversee the development of high-performance computing clusters capable of handling petabyte-scale neural training tasks.
- R&D Leadership: Guide a team of elite engineers in researching and implementing cutting-edge algorithms and hardware accelerators.
- Scalability Strategy: Design fault-tolerant systems that scale effortlessly from edge devices to massive cloud infrastructures.
- Technical Roadmap: Collaborate with product leads to translate strategic business goals into technical execution plans for the 2026 release cycle.
Qualifications
- Education: M.S. or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in Machine Learning Engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, C++, and Rust; experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, and quantum SDKs (Qiskit, Cirq).
- Infrastructure: Strong background in distributed systems, Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Innovation: Demonstrated ability to work in fast-paced environments and adapt to rapidly evolving technology stacks.
