Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Systems: Design and oversee the development of hybrid quantum-classical AI architectures designed to handle 2026-scale data loads.
- Algorithm Optimization: Develop proprietary algorithms to reduce quantum decoherence and improve machine learning model accuracy.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define the technical roadmap for AI integration, ensuring our solutions are future-proof for the 2026 technology landscape.

Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field with a focus on Quantum Information Science.
- Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in AI/ML engineering and at least 3 years in quantum computing or high-performance computing environments.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Qiskit or Cirq.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, multi-variable engineering problems under tight deadlines.
