Responsibilities

- Collaborate with hardware teams on neuromorphic computing integration
- Secure $2M+ annual research grants from DARPA/NSF

Qualifications
- PhD in AI/ML/Computer Science or equivalent breakthrough work
- 5+ years developing production-level deep learning systems
- Published research at NeurIPS/ICML/ICLR (2020-2025)
- Expertise in quantum computing or neuromorphic systems
- Proven track record of scaling ML models to 10B+ parameters
- Strong patents or open-source contributions (TensorFlow/PyTorch)
- Experience securing government research funding
