Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the company's 2026+ strategic vision, aligning technological capabilities with market evolution
- Lead scenario planning and trend analysis across AI, quantum computing, biotech, and sustainable energy sectors
- Partner with C-suite to integrate foresight into product roadmaps and investment decisions
- Build and mentor a global team of futurists, data scientists, and innovation strategists
- Establish external partnerships with research institutions, startups, and policy think tanks
- Drive the innovation pipeline from ideation to commercialization of breakthrough solutions
- Present future-state insights to board members, investors, and key stakeholders
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategy, innovation, or technology leadership with 5+ C-suite experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business, Technology, or equivalent field
- Proven track record of forecasting market disruptions and translating trends into revenue
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, biotech, quantum)
