We are seeking a Chief Visionary Engineer to lead our cutting-edge The 2026 Initiative. In this position, you will define the architectural vision for our next-generation platforms, integrating emerging technologies such as Generative AI, Quantum Computing, and advanced Edge Computing. You will guide our engineering teams through uncharted territories, ensuring that our products remain at the forefront of innovation well into the future.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technical roadmap for The 2026 Initiative, bridging the gap between current capabilities and future requirements.
- Architect scalable, future-proof infrastructure designed to integrate emerging technologies and withstand the demands of next-gen applications.
- Lead cross-functional research and development teams in prototyping breakthrough technologies expected to dominate the 2026 landscape.
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI implementation and data sovereignty in future digital ecosystems.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives and product leaders to translate futuristic concepts into actionable engineering milestones.
- Monitor global technology trends to ensure our strategic vision remains relevant and competitive.
- Oversee the migration of legacy systems to modern, cloud-native architectures that support autonomous operations.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a strategic leadership or C-level technical role.
- Proven track record of leading successful large-scale technology transformations and system overhauls.
- Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Cloud Native architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Exceptional ability to think critically about future trends, including Quantum Computing, Web3, and IoT ecosystems.
- Strong communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree or PhD in a technical discipline preferred.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and a passion for continuous innovation.
