Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical and product support to customers via chat, email, and phone during night hours.
- Resolve complex inquiries and troubleshoot software or hardware issues efficiently.
- Document all customer interactions and issues in our CRM system accurately and in real-time.
- Adhere to company service level agreements (SLA) and quality assurance standards.
- Collaborate with the QA team to identify trends and improve support processes.
- Maintain a professional and calm demeanor when handling high-volume inquiries.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Must reside in the Jacksonville, FL area (for tax and legal compliance).
- Stable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace.
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong problem-solving skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
