- Meet daily productivity quotas while maintaining 95%+ customer satisfaction scores
- Collaborate with remote teams using Slack and Microsoft Teams for seamless support
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce and escalate complex issues appropriately
- Utilize daily pay app to track hours and access earned funds instantly
- Participate in weekly virtual training sessions to enhance product knowledge
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in remote or hybrid environment
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Proficient in CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zendesk) and MS Office Suite
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home office setup
- Ability to work independently while maintaining team collaboration standards
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Available for flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Valid Arizona driver's license for occasional on-site meetings
