Responsibilities
- Handle 50+ daily inbound customer inquiries via phone and digital channels
- Resolve billing and service issues with first-call resolution focus
- Document interactions accurately in CRM system while maintaining HIPAA compliance
- Meet/exceed daily performance metrics including CSAT and AHT targets
- Proactively identify upsell opportunities for service enhancements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on process improvements
- Maintain 99% attendance for assigned shift blocks
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in remote or hybrid setting
- Proficient with Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms
- High-speed internet connection and quiet home office environment
- Strong typing speed (40+ WPM) with multitasking ability
- Spanish fluency required (bilingual certification preferred)
- Available to work flexible shifts including evenings/weekends
- Pass background check and drug screening for financial services role
