Responsibilities
- Data Management: Collect, clean, and transform large datasets from various sources to ensure accuracy and integrity for analysis.
- Visualization: Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Statistical Analysis: Perform advanced statistical analysis and predictive modeling to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business growth.
- Communication: Communicate complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders through clear written reports and executive presentations.
- Optimization: Optimize database queries and data pipelines to improve data retrieval speed and efficiency.
- Collaboration: Partner with product and marketing teams to define metrics and track campaign performance.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in SQL for querying databases and Excel for data manipulation.
- Tools: Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar) is required.
- Education: Strong understanding of statistical analysis, data warehousing concepts, and ETL processes.
- Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical data into business value.
- Self-Starter: Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Credentials: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
