Responsibilities
- Define and execute the company's 2026 AI and Machine Learning roadmap, aligning technical capabilities with long-term business objectives.
- Lead a cross-functional team of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to deliver high-impact AI solutions.
- Conduct rigorous research on emerging technologies (e.g., Computer Vision, NLP, Reinforcement Learning) and assess their potential application.
- Establish ethical guidelines and governance frameworks to ensure responsible AI deployment and compliance with industry standards.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to communicate complex AI strategies to stakeholders and investors.
- Drive the identification of strategic partnerships and acquisition targets within the AI ecosystem.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in AI/ML strategy, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or director-level capacity.
- Deep technical understanding of modern AI architectures, including Deep Learning, Neural Networks, and LLMs.
- Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to mentor and inspire high-performing engineering teams.
