Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate emerging technologies before they hit the market.
- Analyze global tech trends to forecast disruptive innovations that could impact our business model.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to ensure technical roadmaps align with long-term business vision and profitability.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of future tech initiatives.
- Manage a budget dedicated to R&D and experimental projects for the 2026 timeframe.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Technology Strategy, Product Management, or Engineering Leadership roles.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies, specifically Generative AI, Blockchain, and Edge Computing.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex technical roadmaps in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategic insights.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration preferred.
