Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 technology roadmap, aligning R&D with long-term business goals.
- Lead the identification and integration of breakthrough technologies, including Generative AI, Edge Computing, and Quantum protocols.
- Oversee the development of Proof of Concepts (PoCs) for high-risk, high-reward innovation initiatives.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to secure budget and resources for future infrastructure projects.
- Establish a culture of continuous innovation and 'future-readiness' across all departments.
- Monitor global tech trends to provide actionable insights on regulatory changes and market shifts.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic technology planning, executive leadership, or R&D management.
- Proven track record of successfully launching innovative technology products or platforms.
- Advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies, specifically in AI/ML, Blockchain, and Quantum computing.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, agile environment.
