Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential (2026-2030)
- Develop and execute strategic roadmaps for technology adoption and integration across global operations
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate next-generation solutions in controlled environments
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI deployment and responsible innovation
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and Board of Directors with quantified ROI projections
- Manage vendor ecosystems and partnerships in quantum computing, advanced AI, and biotech
- Drive innovation culture through internal hackathons and external technology scouting initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech roles
- Expertise in at least three emerging domains: Quantum Computing, AGI, or Synthetic Biology
- Proven track record of executing multi-year technology transformation projects
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Deep understanding of ethical AI frameworks and regulatory landscapes
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
- Experience scaling technology initiatives across global enterprise environments
