Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound customer inquiries via email, phone, and live chat with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently, escalating complex matters to senior management when necessary.
- Accurately enter and update customer data into our CRM database and internal systems.
- Assist in troubleshooting technical issues and guiding customers through product features.
- Collaborate with the sales and support teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
- Participate in daily training sessions and team huddles to stay updated on company policies and product knowledge.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Must reside in the United States and be authorized to work remotely from San Francisco, CA (or surrounding areas).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional tone.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Self-motivated individual capable of working independently in a remote setting.
