Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on high-quality, empathetic support.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently while adhering to company scripts and standard operating procedures.
- Assist clients with technical troubleshooting, account inquiries, and product information in a clear, professional manner.
- Document all customer interactions and solutions in our CRM system to ensure accurate follow-up and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with team leads and other departments to escalate complex issues and improve overall service delivery.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality at all times while representing the Apex brand.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred but not required).
- Basic computer proficiency with the ability to navigate web browsers and email applications.
- Strong typing skills (minimum 35-40 words per minute).
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, patient telephone manner.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet home workspace.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, based on business needs.
- A willingness to learn new software and complete mandatory paid training.
