Role Overview:
As a Remote Customer Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our valued clients. You will handle inquiries via phone and chat, resolving issues with empathy and efficiency. This role is fully remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home in North Carolina.
Responsibilities
