Responsibilities
- Assist customers via phone, email, and live chat to resolve technical inquiries and account issues.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software problems for a diverse client base using our provided equipment.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with senior team members to develop solutions for complex technical challenges.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate guidance.
- Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell related services to existing clients.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Must reside in the Las Vegas, NV area or be willing to relocate.
- Basic computer literacy and understanding of web browsers and operating systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional and empathetic tone.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with a stable high-speed internet connection.
- Must be available to work full-time hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
