- Complete 20+ hours/month of professional development training
- Maintain 95% customer satisfaction score with personalized solutions
- Support 24/5 on-call rotation (1 week/month)
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 0-2 years customer service or technical support experience
- Proficiency in G Suite, Microsoft Office, and Zendesk
- Strong written communication with clear, concise documentation
- Self-starter with ability to work independently in remote environment
- Type 40+ WPM with attention to detail
