Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional support to clients via email, live chat, and phone, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Assist new users in onboarding to our platform, guiding them through setup and basic features.
- Utilize CRM tools to log interactions, track customer issues, and update account information accurately.
- Identify trends in customer inquiries and communicate them to the product team for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with the technical team to troubleshoot complex account issues.
- Participate in daily training webinars to stay updated on product releases and company policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Must be located in the United States and have a stable, high-speed internet connection.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a friendly and professional tone.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage time effectively.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
